This was a lovely house in a lovely location with a run down landscape. Working closely with the owners, we created a series of arbor-covered lounge and entertainment spaces. While we were installing the pavings for the pool terrace and outdoor lounge areas, we cleared away many years of fire-prone underbrush from the oak woodlands around the house. The end result was a landscape that enhanced the safety, beauty, and practicality of this hillside utopia.
